These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, member portal, community platforms, and any content, products, or services (collectively, the "Service") offered by You Should Be Trading LLC ("YSBT," "we," "us," or "our"), based in the Dominican Republic. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

YSBT provides educational content, market commentary, trade ideas, and community access. YSBT is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading adviser, and nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. 3. Membership, Billing & Cancellation

• Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

4. Community Conduct

Access to community spaces (including live chat) is a privilege, not a right. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff;
• Share another member's trades, calls, or personal information outside the community;
• Solicit other members for outside products, services, or funds transfers;
• Post spam, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content, mute, suspend, or terminate a member's access for violating this section, at our reasonable discretion, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including trade ideas, written analysis, video, and course material — is owned by YSBT or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly repost this content without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. YSBT is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content within it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
